Instructions

1. In the shower, moisten and warm the body with warm water without soap for 5-10 minutes.
Important: Do not use soap!

2. Wet the glove and wring it out. Put the glove on.

3. Out of the water and on damp skin (not wet skin), rub the skin with up and down movements.
